Hazard
The product presents a high risk of choking as the red plastic handle for pulley detached at forces less than 90N, creating a small part which fits wholly into a small parts cylinder. A young child may insert the small part into their mouths and choke.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
Corrective action
OPSS are requiring the recall of the product from end users. The listing has been removed by the online marketplace (Wish).
