Hazard
The product presents a high risk of choking as the velcro and black plastic eyes become small parts after tension test, which fit wholly into a small parts cylinder. A young infant may put the small parts into their mouth and choke.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
Corrective action
OPSS are requiring the recall of the product from end users. The listing has been removed by the online marketplace (Wish).
