Phthalates may harm the health of children, causing possible damage to their reproductive system. The product also does not meet the structural integrity requirements of the relevant standard, did not stay static when the parking brake was applied, and requires improvements to labelling and documentation.
The product does not meet the requirements of the REACH Regulations or the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.
Corrective action
The product has been withdrawn from the market and destroyed.
