Infant swings and rockers, designed for use by infants up to 9kg
The problem
The product presents a risk of strangulation as when the swing or rocker is not in use, their restraint straps can dangle below the seat and non-occupant crawling infants can become entangled in the straps, posing a strangulation hazard.
What to do
4moms are proactively making a strap fastener upgrade available to everyone, free of charge. (See below for more information on how to order your replacement strap)

Hazard

4moms are proactively making a strap fastener upgrade available to any family, anywhere in the world, that would like one – free of charge. This upgrade is available for MamaRoo infant swing models 4M-005, 1026, and 1037 and all RockaRoo infant rockers (model number 4M-012).
