Hazard
The toy poses a serious risk of choking as when tested according to the impact test the maracas broke, releasing the marbles which fit entirely within the small parts cylinder. A young child may place the marbles into their mouth and choke. The strap of the drum intended to be worn fully around the neck forms a fixed
loop which has no breakaway feature, which poses a strangulation hazard to young children.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
Corrective action
The product has been recalled from end users.
The listing has been removed by the online marketplace (eBay).
