The problem
Quadrant Pharmaceuticals Limited (repackaged by Pharmagen Limited) are asking pharmacists to check stocks of Adalat LA 30mg as there is a possibility that some packs of Parallel Imported LA 60mg may have been incorrectly repackaged.
What to do
Check the batch number on your pack against the list below. Do not stop taking a prescribed medicine without talking to your pharmacist, GP or prescriber first – they can check your supply and swap it if needed.

Pharmacists are asked to check their stock of Adalat LA 30mg Tablets for any packs of batch BXH84X5.
