What's wrong
For affected vehicles that following breakage of the outer glass pane of the panoramic roof window the remaining inner pane may lose retention and become detached from the vehicle.

What’s wrong

For affected vehicles that following breakage of the outer glass pane of the panoramic roof window the remaining inner pane may lose retention and become detached from the vehicle.

The fix

An enhanced retention bracket system will be installed on affected panoramic roof windows. Customers who are unable to immediately present their vehicle for repair will be provided with instructions for an interim precautionary measure.
