This product presents a serious risk as the box claims that the product is PPD free, however, this claim was considered to be misleading due to the presence of toluene-2,5-diamine. Toluene-2,5-diamine is a hair dye substance related to PPD and may produce an allergic reaction in users allergic to PPD.
This product does not meet the requirements of Regulation (EC) 1223/2009 or the Cosmetic Products Enforcement Regulations 2013.
