Hazard
The product presents a high risk of injuries as the instructions for assembly are inadequate. The minimum clearance between the swing and the ground could be adjusted such that the swing was less than 350mm from the ground and the instructions for use did not mention the minimum required clearance. The inadequate instructions therefore present a risk of injuries to users.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
Corrective action
The import has been rejected at the border and destroyed. The listing has been removed by the online marketplace (Amazon).
