Hazard
The product presents a serious risk of electric shock as the product does not meet the expected mechanical requirements, as screws that make an electrical connection were not locked against loosening. There is also
possible access to live parts which poses an electric shock hazard to users. The product is also missing relevant markings and information.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.
Corrective action
Stop using the product immediately and contact the distributor you purchased from to request redress. AliExpress removed the product listing from its platform.
