Hazard
The product presents a serious risk of strangulation as the wooden rainbow ring component featured a ribbon that exceeded 300mm. This ribbon could become wrapped around a baby’s neck, presenting a risk of strangulation. Some of the required documentation and markings were not present.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
Corrective action
The product is no longer available for sale and the listing has been removed by the online marketplace (Etsy).
