Hazard
The product poses a microbacterial risk because when tested a bacterial organism called Pluralibacter Gergoviea was found to be present. Small children and those with existing health complications, such as weakened immune systems, are more susceptible to infection.
The product does not meet the requirements of Regulation (EC) 1223/2009 or the Cosmetic Products Enforcement Regulations 2013.
Corrective action
The product has been recalled from end users.
