Hazard
The product presents a serious risk of injuries as the steps are insufficiently strong to hold the weight of the user. The step could fail when in use, causing the user to fall and injure themselves.
Additionally, there is no mechanism to prevent accidental closure in use, and some of the required documentation and markings are not present.
The product does not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.
