Cream mug with green fir tree print. Affected products were placed on sale in B&M stores from 23rd August 2025 – 14th November 2025.
The problem
The product presents a risk of burns as the base may crack and break when filled with hot liquid.
What to do
The product has been recalled from end users. Owners are advised to stop using the product immediately. Owners should return the product to a B&M store to receive a full refund.
