Hazard
The product labelling is incorrect on the affected batch, and states that three tablets are required. The correct dose for an ice bath is one tablet. Using an excess of tablets may lead to skin reactions, especially in those with sensitive skin or who use the ice bath for a prolonged period of time.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Classification, Labelling, and Packaging of Chemicals Regulations 2015.
Corrective action
