Hazard
The product presents a risk of microbiological contamination due to the detection of P fluorescens. This bacterium is not known to cause infections in humans, however immunocompromised users are at increased risk of severe adverse reaction to the contaminated product.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Regulation (EC) 1223/2009 and the Cosmetic Products Enforcement Regulations 2013.
Corrective action
The product has been recalled from end users.
