What's wrong
On certain trailers the welds are breaking allowing the unit to move resulting in the inserts being pulled freeing the unit from its mountings. Or the inserts are pulling out loosening the remaining fasteners and freeing the unit from its mountings.
What to do
Contact a Crestchic dealer to book the free repair. Inspect and if necessary modify the trailer's fittings and fixtures.
