Hazard

The product presents a serious risk of choking as small parts from the product may detach during reasonably foreseeable use, creating small parts. These small parts pose a choking hazard to young children, particularly those under 36 months of age who have a natural tendency to explore objects by placing them in their mouths.

The product also presents a risk of strangulation, as the cords exceed the maximum permissible length, and a child could become entangled in them, leading to strangulation.

The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.

Corrective action

The listing has been removed by the online marketplace (Amazon).

The import has been rejected at the border and destroyed.
