- What's wrong
- Due to an error in production the pinion shaft may not be sufficiently hardened and may fail. This may cause loss of drive and the prop shaft may detach at the pinion.
- What to do
- Contact a Daf Trucks dealer to book the free repair. On affected vehicles examine and carry out torque check. Where necessary replace differential.
