Hazard
The product presents a serious risk of injuries as if an adult leans on the product whilst a child is in the baby walker, or something heavy is placed on the tray of the walker, it could collapse from the weight and injure the child. Additionally, some of the required documentation and markings were not present.
The product does not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.
Corrective action
The import has been rejected at the border and destroyed.
The listing has been removed by the online marketplace (Amazon).
