The problem
The product presents a risk of electric shock because the live and neutral connection markings are reversed, meaning the product can be wired incorrectly.
What to do
If you have product(s) with the batches above, disconnect the product fully from the electricity supply. Switching it off at the wall is not sufficient, the plug must be removed from the socket. If the product is permanently wired, isolate the circuit at the consumer unit. Once disconnected return the item to your nearest B&Q store for a refund.
