Hazard
The product presents a serious toxicological hazard as when tested phthalates were detected in the head, hands and arms the doll, the levels of which exceeded the maximum limit by mass of the plasticised material. Phthalates may harm the health of children, causing possible damage to their reproductive system. Additionally, the product does not comply with the marking requirements of the relevant standard.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011 or REACH Regulations.

The import has been rejected at the border and destroyed.
