Hazard
The product presents a high risk of choking as the screw on the toy is a detachable small part. Through regular use, the screw on the toy becomes loose and detaches creating a small part. A young infant could place these parts in their mouth and choke.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulation 2011.
Corrective action
