It has been identified that affected batches may be microbiologically contaminated, with the preservative system not performing as required. This could result in users experiencing adverse skin reactions.
The affected batches do not meet the requirements of Regulation (EC) 1223/2009 (the ‘Cosmetics Regulation’).
Corrective action
The product has been recalled from end users by FreshWipes.
Consumers in possession of an affected batch should stop using the product immediately. Contact your place of purchase for instructions on return or disposal of product and refund/redress.
