What’s wrong
On affected motorcycles the fuel hose connected to the fuel tank could become detached while riding due to incorrect positioning of the bank angle sensor against the fuel line quick connector resulting in fuel leakage. In the worst case leaked fuel may spill onto the rear wheel increasing the risk of falling and fire.
The fix
Inspect and reroute wiring harness and replace the fuel hose.
