Hazard

The product presents a risk of choking as small parts (the battery box tab) can be easily detached when the product is used. A young child may place the small part (the battery) in their mouth and the parents/carers may not notice in time, with the small part able to block a child’s airways and cause internal damage. The product also requires improvements to labelling and documentation.

The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.

Corrective action

OPSS are requiring the recall of the product from end users. The listing has been removed by the online marketplace (Wish).
