i-Link Smart Lamp with Speaker Ceiling Light

- Affected
- White ceiling mounted luminaire
- The problem
- The product presents a risk of electric shock as the luminaire had metal parts insulated from live parts only by basic insulation. There was also no bushing on the entrance hole for the input tails, so the sharp edge of the hole was damaging the insulation, which presents an electric shock hazard to the user.
