Hazard
The product presents a serious risk of injuries as, when tested, the small magnets were found to have a magnetic flux index densities, ranging from 105.79 kG²mm to 218.02 kG²mm which is greater than the maximum permitted of 50 kG²mm, If two or more magnets were swallowed, there is a risk that the magnets become drawn to each other in the digestive system, which could cause serious injury or death if medical attention is not sought immediately. Additionally, a young child may place the magnetic balls into their mouth and choke. Furthermore, the product does not comply with the marking requirements of the relevant standard. The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
