Hazard
The product presents a risk of injuries as the height and small diameter of the cake candle presents a puncture hazard to young children. The product’s flexible plastic bag used for packaging also has an area greater than 100mm x 100mm and the bag thickness measured as 0.017mm which is less than the minimum permissible limit of 0.038mm, posing a potential asphyxiation hazard to young children.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
