Hazard
The product presents a risk of choking as small parts (components of the plastic blue ring) can be easily produced when the product is used. A young child may place the small part in their mouth and the parents/carers may not notice in time, with the small part able to block a child’s airways. The product also requires improvements to labelling and documentation.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
