- Due to a coding error during production affected vehicles received an incorrect option code that blocks connected services. As a result the Emergency call (eCall) function is not available.
- What to do
- Contact a Rolls-Royce dealer to book the free repair. A new vehicle order will be installed on affected vehicles to unblock connected services (including eCall).
