Schmitz Cargobull S.ki recall: Inspection of Kingpin Bolted Connection F329

- In the case of tipper semi-trailers (S.KI) from a limited production period the bolted connection of the kingpin may not correspond to the prescribed torque. In extreme cases this can result in the tipper semi-trailer becoming separated from the tractor unit.

- Contact a Schmitz Cargobull dealer to book the free repair. To avoid damage it is necessary that the kingpin bolts be inspected and if necessary retightened by an authorised Schmitz Cargobull service partner.
