Hazard
The product presents a high risk of fire as the conductor wiring was soldered only onto the component tags. During use, the wires may become loose and contact other high current connections, causing the product to overheat and ignite.
Improvements are required to marking, labelling and documentation.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008.
Corrective action
The import has been rejected at the border. The listing has been removed from the online market place (Amazon).
