This product poses a risk of suffocation as, when tested, the bag containing the toy was made of flexible plastics, having an area of 188mm x 297mm and an average thickness of 0.023mm.
Additionally the product did not meet the marking requirements of the relevant standard, including specific safety warnings. The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
Corrective action
We recommend users stop using this product immediately. Owners to contact the distributor product was purchased from to request redress.
