Hazard
The product presents a high risk of choking as when tested small parts were produced during the tension and drop test. A young infant could place these parts in their mouth and choke.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
Corrective action
OPSS is requiring the recall of the product from the market.
The import has been rejected at the border and the listing removed by the online marketplace (eBay).
