Hazard
The product presents a risk of injuries as the fan wheels were not made to specification and may fail over time and repeated use. This could lead to the parts being ejected from the backpack, causing injuries to the user and bystanders.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.
Corrective action
