- On affected vehicles the hand pole fixing bracket/casting at the celling may fracture and break free resulting in the potential risk of passenger fall and injury when using the hand pole.
- What to do
- Contact a Switch Mobility dealer to book the free repair. Remedy is to replace the current hand pole casting with the previous design casting which can handle more force.
