- For affected vehicles both displays (the multimedia screen and the instrument cluster) may turn completely black after ignition is turned ON due to a software bug. When this condition occurs the issue is permanent.

- Contact a Toyota (Gb) dealer to book the free repair. Accept and successfully install an Over the Air (OTA) update.
