  • Expiry date: January 2015
  • Pack size: 56 tablets
  • First distributed: 11 October 2012

OPD Laboratories Ltd is recalling all remaining packs of the above batch of this parallel distributed product due to a labelling error. The blister strips are incorrectly labelled as 50mg but the cartons are correctly labelled as 150mg.

Any remaining stock of this batch should be quarantined and returned to the original supplier for credit. For enquiries relating to stock returns, please call Mr Anthony Joseph on 01923 332746.
