- On affected vehicles power cables may chafe on the edge of an encapsulation plate due to edge protecting material might not have been correctly installed resulting in a potential risk of a short circuit and a consequential risk of a thermal event.

- Contact a Volvo Bus dealer to book the free repair. Check and adjust cable routing as necessary add rubber protection moulding as required.
