Hazard
The product presents a high risk of injuries as it has insufficient markings, warnings and instructions. If children or adults were to play on the trampoline whilst not being aware of the restrictions on the product during use, it may be used and/or assembled incorrectly, causing the user to fall from a height.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
Corrective action
The import has been rejected from the border and destroyed.
