What's wrong
The half shaft retaining bolt holes in the rear disc may have an incorrect thread. Retaining bolts may fit but may become loose and fall out. This would allow the half shaft and wheel/hub assembly to detach from the vehicle.
What to do
Contact a Apec dealer to book the free repair. Replace affected components with discs which have the correct thread. Check and where necessary replace retaining bolts. Manufacturer also advises to replace brake pads and hub seal.
