It has been identified that an error in the gearbox software can result in the incorrect message being displayed on the machine's instrument cluster. The gearbox position maybe displayed as being in the P or parked position even when the gearbox is not mechanically engaged…

What’s wrong

It has been identified that an error in the gearbox software can result in the incorrect message being displayed on the machine's instrument cluster. The gearbox position maybe displayed as being in the P or parked position even when the gearbox is not mechanically engaged in the park position. This could result in the machine rolling away.

The fix

Recall all affected machines and perform a gearbox position learning cycle.
