- What's wrong
- The affected vehicles may have a manufacturing defect in one or more of the vehicles. High Voltage battery cells which may result in a cell with a lower than expected capacity. In certain cases the low-capacity cell may develop an internal short circuit.
- What to do
- Contact a Ford dealer to book the free repair. On affected vehicles the battery will be replaced.
