- On affected vehicles the engine idler gear bolt may shear resulting in the idler gear dropping and primary drive failure. This can result in complete engine failure leading to a stall and/or no start condition.

- Contact a Ford dealer to book the free repair. Replace the idler gear and idler bolt.
