Hazard

The product presents a high risk of fire as the plug does not meet the dimensional requirements of BS 1363 and therefore cannot make a secure connection with the socket. This could cause the product to arc or spark during use, leading to fires. The product is also advertised as suitable for outdoor use, with insufficient instructions to indicate that the adaptor should not be exposed to moisture or rainwater.  

This product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016 and the Plugs and Sockets etc. (Safety) Regulations 1994.

The import has been rejected at the border.
