What’s wrong
The left and right side window airbags were manufactured with incorrectly manufactured airbag inflator initiators that may not ignite when a deployment voltage is provided to the initiator. As a result vehicles may experience a non-deployment of the window airbag during a crash event warranting an airbag deployment.

Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected and replace the left right or both window airbags as instructed on all involved vehicles.
