- The holes in the rear shock absorber tie-rod frame mounts can become elongated if the rear shock absorber bottoms out. This could cause the tie rod installation bracket to break.
- What to do
- Contact a Kawasaki dealer to book the free repair. Inspect the frame for damage and fit additional bracing brackets to the frame. In rare cases the frame may need to be replaced.
