Whilst in use, the vibration of the chainsaw could cause a wire to come loose, and therefore, the product could become live. Improvements are required to quality assurance, documentation, and markings. There was also no declaration of conformity supplied.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008.
