| The product presents a serious risk of fire as there is no evidence that it has sufficient battery protective systems in place and there is exposed wiring on the supplied plug. There is no evidence to demonstrate that the product has been assessed using relevant UK conformity assessment procedures, as a valid Declaration of Conformity was not supplied. Improvements are also required for the product instructions. If the product is charged and left unattended overnight, a fault may occur potentially leading to the battery exploding and/or setting on fire. |
The product does not meet the requirements of the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008 and the Plugs & Sockets (Safety) Regulations 1994.
